We spoke with Jessamyn West and Josh Millard from MetaFilter about moderating web forums. They stressed the importance of valuing every member and fostering a constructive environment and shared fascinating cautionary tales about the early days of forums.

We did our first Interviews for the new series.

When Jesse and I started work on "Incredible Doom," we conducted interviews with friends about their early Internet experiences. People told us amazing stories that inspired vast aspects of the series. Some of which we didn't get to till Vol. 2, six years after doing the interview. But they were so good we couldn't let them go.

As we embark on a new series with new characters, we wanted to do that again.
